Airborne Aviation is seeking candidates for a full-time A&P Mechanic position based in Hawaii.
Successful candidates will be expected to perform all facets of daily, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on company fleet of MD369 D/E/FF helicopters. They will be inspecting and troubleshooting airframe, engine and electrical systems; replacing components, completing corrosion prevention and repair as necessary. This position will include any other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance. Some overtime may be required
Job Requirements:
Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certificate.
Experience maintaining MD369 helicopters is preferred.
Professional that is able to work as a team member or independently.
Ability to understand and properly use web-based aircraft manuals, and maintenance tracking software
Ability to document work as per regulations and company guidelines.
Possess quality decision-making capability and mental alertness to ensure safety.
Must be in good physical condition.
Able to lift and carry 70 pounds repeatedly.
Able to work in varying conditions, including but not limited to standing for long periods of time, working in tight spaces, on ladders and support stands, and to fly on-board company aircraft when necessary.
