Position: Minibus Driver
Job Summary:
The Minibus Driver is responsible for operating company vehicles to provide daily arrival and departure services for HIS Hawaii guests. This position requires strong customer service skills, safe driving, and careful handling of guest luggage.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a minibus safely and professionally according to a fixed daily schedule.
Complete the following daily routes:
08:00 Departure
10:00 Departure
Arrival Pickups
13:00 Departure
Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
Transport guests and their luggage to and from the airport in a timely and safe manner.
Coordinate with dispatch to ensure smooth daily operations.
Provide courteous, friendly, and professional service at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle.

13:00 Honolulu City Tour
Requirements:
■ MUST HAVE CDL WITH PASSENGER ENDORSEMENT
■ Valid State of Hawaii Driver’s License
■ Clean driving record.
■ Must be at least 21 years of age
■ Authorized to work in the United States
■ Pre-employment background check, Pre-employment Drug test, and Random drug testing and Physical
■ Ability to lift and handle guest luggage safely.
■ Must be able to obtain/pass all DOT requirements
■ Ensure that all documentation as required by DOT is current and valid
■ Excellent customer service skills.
■ Punctual, reliable, and able to work on a fixed daily schedule.
■ Ability to work independently and as a team member.
