Ground Transport, Inc. is a locally owned School Bus Transportation Company that has been operating in Hawaii for over 34 years. We are seeking a full-time School Bus Dispatcher who will be hands-on team player. This position is a full-time position that is required to report to our Kapolei (Campbell) Offices, Monday – Friday.
Description:
Team Player with a Positive Attitude who will be Responsible for assisting with Scheduling and Routing of School Routes, Monitoring GPS, Monitoring/Responding to Two-way radios and Answering Phones in a Professional and Efficient Manner. Will Handle Related Paperwork and Coordinate with DOE, Schools, Parents and Customers.
Requirements:
Prior Dispatching Experience, preferably in a Transportation Industry
Will be Required to Multi-Task in a Fast-Paced Environment with Frequent Interruptions
Possess Strong Writing and Computer Skills and be competent in Microsoft Office
Excellent Telephone and Customer Service Skills
