Job title: Tour Operation Office Worker
Well-established transportation and tour company in Honolulu is hiring an Office Worker to support our busy operations team. We're looking for someone organized, responsible, and ready to learn.
Job Duties include:
-Dispatch coordination
-Answering phones and emails
-Entering reservations (Excel, Google Sheets)
-Assisting with tour arrangements
-General office support
Requirements:
-Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets
-Detail-oriented and able to multitask
-Previous experience in the tour/travel industry is a plus
-Japanese speaking is preferred but not required
Schedule:
-Part-time: 3 days/week (must include Sat & Sun + 1 weekday)
-Full-time: 5 days/week (including weekends)
-Weekend daytime shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
-Shifts may include early mornings and/or late nights depending on tour schedule
Benefits:
$20/hour starting pay
