Looking for a full-time Warehouseman/Laborer for our Freight Team who works well in a fast-paced warehouse team environment, is highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and can efficiently multi-task to ensure timely completion of job duties.

Hours: Monday through Friday - varied start times from 5:30am; weekends as necessary; non-exempt
Overtime: Usual and required
Essential Duties:
Load/unload various types of freight from containers and delivery trucks to/from terminal floor by lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling, palletizing, shrink wrapping, operating a pallet jack, completing corresponding paperwork, labeling freight, cleaning out containers, and removing dunnage/rubbish.
Assist drivers with deliveries on the road by tracking freight, placing freight in designated areas, down stacking when required, and safe navigation of delivery locations by assisting while reversing onto the dock and spotting/stopping traffic and pedestrians.
Maintain warehouse and facility cleanliness.
Follow instructions from Terminal Supervisor or Senior Lead Checker.
Wear company-approved uniform, including any required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Manual labor as assigned.
Always think and work safely to prevent work injuries, accidents and property damage. Comply with all company safety rules, including reporting unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, illnesses and injuries to supervisor or manager and actively participate in identifying ways to make our company a safer place to work.

High school diploma or equivalent: (R)

Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.: (R)
Minimum 2 years related business experience: (P)
Forklift and pallet jack (electric and manual) experience: (P)
