Now Hiring: Maintenance Worker in Kailua Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour Schedule: Tues-Sat, 9:30am-6pmResponsibilities:
Clean elevators (1 elevator with 3 floors per building)
Set up elevators with plywood flooring and wall padding for move-in/out
Mop floors
Check and empty glass containers on all floors as necessary
Daily cleaning of trash rooms
Clean walls and doors
Adjust trash chute doors and repair broken air lines going to the air switch
Clean bathrooms
Clean barbecue grills, picnic tables, pick up trash, and empty trash containers in courtyards
Adjust landscape timers and replace bulbs in landscape lights
Trim atrium plants and maintain planters
Organize the maintenance room
Keep reports on daily duties
Pressure wash sidewalks
Assist the Site Manager with assignments
Requirements:
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physically capable of performing duties such as lifting, cleaning, and repairing
