Up-sell and promote other food and beverage offers at every available opportunity to maximize sales revenue.Mix and create drinks for all servers.Ensure guests receive warm welcome, timely service & a fond farewellTry to remember individual patron’s names and their preferences to extend a personalized serviceEnsure that all food & beverage are served according to service standardProperly identifying the age of all patrons.Tend to cashier duties for servers for cash payments.Clear and tidy up bar counter after the departure of the patrons as quickly as possiblePerform opening/closing side duties as assigned and set bar service areas according to standards and proceduresAssist other Food & Beverage outlets with their operations during peak times or when requiredApply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)Be well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency proceduresMaintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all timesPerform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel
