The Massage Therapist performs all massage and body treatments in a safe and professional manner to our guests.What you will be doing: Perform all 30, 60, 90, and 120-minute massages, body, and face treatments.Maintain knowledge of current trends in massage & body work industries.Maintain ample inventory of necessary products to perform treatments, all in an orderly and neat fashion.Report for appointments on time and thoroughly review appointments after completing each service.Provide unique experiences to all of our guests through warm, personal & detailed service in a luxury, upscale and fast paced environment.Ensure a positive first impression of the Spa for our guests through detailed cleanliness, set-up and ambiance control.Maintain complete knowledge of all wellness & recreation services, activities, amenities and hotel services/featuresUp-sell and promote wellness & recreation offers at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue.Perform opening/closing side duties as assigned and set spa facilities according to standards and proceduresBe well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency proceduresMaintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all timesPerform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel
