Compassionate caregivers embody both empathy and respect in every interaction, striving to uplift and empower the people they support. Our caregivers provide 1:1 support in the home and in the community.Paid Apprentice Program: No experience required – We are committed to investing in and nurturing our team members’ desire to grow professionally and make a difference in their community.Relatable Experience: Caring for a family member, Direct Support Professional, Habilitation Technician, Personal Care Aide, Paraprofessional, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Nurse’s Aide, Caregiver.How You’ll Make an Impact:

Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities.

Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation.

Participate in community integration activities, errands, and appointments.

Patiently teach, encourage, and celebrate small achievements, giving people the space to grow.

Opportunity to enhance caregiving skills with support from our on-staff nurse and managers.

Provide personal care assistance as needed

Qualifications:

One year experience working with clients with intellectual and development disabilities preferred but not required (paid training provided)

High school diploma or equivalent
