The base salary range for this position is $29.52 hourly.We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring individual who is passionate about creating fun, engaging, and memorable experiences for children ages 5–12. This role is responsible for supervising groups of children while maintaining a staff-to-child ratio of no more than 1:20. The ideal candidate will design and lead age-appropriate activities, prepare materials for both indoor and outdoor programs, and foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. A natural ability to be patient, nurturing, and attentive is essential. Strong communication skills, creativity, and an entrepreneurial mindset are highly valued. A genuine appreciation for and understanding of Hawaii’s culture, history, and traditions is also important to help create meaningful and culturally respectful experiences for participants.
