As a key player in the Revenue Management Team, you will be playing an active role in the hotel's strategic decision-making process. Your analysis and recommendations will act as the cornerstones in the decision-making process. Your direct engagement with the hotel’s senior leadership team will pave the way to a strong career path for you to progress in the Revenue Management world.ANALYTICS:  REPORTINGAccurate & Timely Reporting:Generate precise Revenue Management reports.Support team and senior leadership with ad-hoc reports.Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Present 14-day rooms forecast.Assist in 30, 60, and 90-day revenue forecasts.Contribute to Food & Beverage and Spa reporting.Tool Ownership:Manage external tools (Lighthouse, D360/A360, STR).Ensure data accuracy and enhance tool automation.STRATEGY:  IMPLEMENTATIONOTA Management:Oversee OTA extranets for rate and inventory accuracy.Maintain rate parity across platforms.Content Audit:Monthly audit of hotel content on distribution channels.Rate and Promotion Handling:Load rates, promotions, and packages for proper distribution.Documentation and Meetings:Maintain Hotel Rate Code and package allocation template.Participate in weekly Revenue Maximization Meetings.Strategic Proposals:Provide proposals for long and short-term hotel strategies.Schedule:  Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including overnight, weekends and holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
