Job Title: Warehouse WorkerJob DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated warehouse worker who can also assist with customer service (Retail will call). Responsibilities include counting, tracking, and organizing inventory to ensure it matches the inventory log. You will pick, pack, and fill orders to meet customer requirements, as well as load and unload delivery vehicles, recording their arrival and departure. Proper storage of items, building, and unloading pallets, and operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently are key parts of the role. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment while following health and safety regulations is essential. Inspecting stock for damage or defects to ensure it matches customer expectations, collaborating with team members to meet daily productivity targets, training new staff members, and using software to monitor and update stock levels are also part of your duties.Hard Skills
