The base annual salary for this role is $100k - $130k. Manages the day-to-day operation of the finance office and assists the Director of Financial Management in providing financial leadership to the business. Primary responsibilities include financial analysis and financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, audit and control, and asset and liability reconciliation. Assists with capital expenditure plans, owner relations, and owner reporting.Manage finance office operations and assist the Director of Financial ManagementOversee financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and auditingEnsure accurate and timely financial statements and reportsMaintain a strong accounting and operational control environmentManage and develop finance team membersProvide financial guidance and support to other departmentsStay current with relevant accounting knowledge and technologyParticipate in employee and community relations functionsPerform other duties as assignedWorking conditions: Indoor office setting. Some walking and standing with minimal lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending.Work hours: Primarily Monday through Friday. Some weekends are required at the end of the month.
