The base salary range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00 hourly.The Social Media and Marketing Coordinator will be key to implementing the Mauna Lani brand and elevating our storytelling through our social and marketing channels. This role requires a foundational understanding of social media/marketing, an eye for design, and an understanding of a luxury aesthetic. This role will maintain a strong entrepreneurial spirit and is a self-starting team player who’s creative, innovative, and willing to roll up their sleeves to implement the latest thinking in marketing, social media, and partnerships.Support Marketing Manager in daily tasks such as concepting, creating, and posting content.Own content needs for all channels with Marketing Manager oversight.Write and edit captions for content specific to each channel. Serve as the community manager across all social channels, including responding to and engaging with the ARC social community. Develop monthly reporting needs to share with team members, identifying KPIs and analyzing performance of content across channels.Assist with developing strategic social media/influencer marketing campaigns that are innovative, engaging and enhance guest loyalty. Help to manage the communication stream, deliverable deadlines, and day-to-day operations with key influencers and brand partners. Stay up-to-date with channel-specific trends and technical updates on all social platforms. Conduct periodic competitive analysis within hospitality and luxury lifestyle markets and beyond.
