The annual base salary for this position is $70k - $78k.

As part of the Mauna Lani 'ohana, you will support all team members in providing exceptional team member experiences along their Mauna Lani.Lead recruitment strategies for union and non-union positions, aligning with company values.Manage the interview, pre-employment, and onboarding processes.Develop talent pipelines with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.Oversee the company's LinkedIn page and use LinkedIn Recruiter for leadership roles.Drive team member relations through engagement initiatives and recognition programs.Administer benefits, including health insurance, supplemental insurance, and 401(k) plans.Support labor relations, including contract administration and union relations.Assist with safety certification training and educational assistance programs, as needed.Participate in team member activities and train T&C coordinators.Perform other duties as assigned.
