Accounts Payable Clerk needed ASAP for a two month plus assignment at a State Agency. Will be reviewing invoices to begin payment process following guidelines, matching invoices from pending file with purchase orders and packing slips as required, checking invoices with contract, contacting vendors regarding invoices if there are questions. Inputting data into LUMA system. Reconciling A/P statements monthly or as needed. Maintaining logs, ledgers, spread sheets to track expenditures and prepare reports. Accounting degree not necessary but 3 years of accounting experience is desired. 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. Pay: $20.20 per hour. Must have a clean background.
