Position Overview:

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) office assistant to support our daily operations. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to build a career in accounting.

Responsibilities:

Assist with payroll processing and communicate with clients regarding payroll information.

Manage daily bookkeeping tasks and prepare reports for audits and state compliance.

Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service.

Operate office equipment (printer, fax) and handle general administrative tasks.

Support other team members with operational needs.

Requirements:

Bilingual (Spanish-English) – strong communication skills in both languages.

Prior office experience required.

Prior customer service experience required.

Must be at intermediate level with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).

Ability to type accurately and efficiently.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Positive, team-player attitude.

Prior experience dealing with payroll compliance and government agencies is a huge plus.

Professionalism in all interactions is essential.

Pay DOE (Depends on Experience).
