We are a small accounting firm seeking a reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper who thrives in an independent, remote work environment and enjoys being a trusted expert for our business clients. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, solutions-oriented, and experienced with QuickBooks Online (QBO) across multiple client accounts.
As part of our virtual accounting team, you'll play a key role in supporting business owners by maintaining clean, accurate books and solving day-to-day financial challenges.
What You’ll Do:
Manage bookkeeping tasks for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly with accuracy and efficiency
Identify and resolve bookkeeping discrepancies independently
Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for financial questions and workflow support
Maintain clear communication with our team
What We’re Looking For:
Strong QuickBooks Online experience (multiple clients preferred)
QBO ProAdvisor certification or willingness to earn it within 6 months
Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience
Confident working independently and making judgment calls when needed
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Professional, clear communicator with strong organizational skills
Reliable internet and a distraction-free home workspace
Position Details:
Hours: 10–25 hours per week
Schedule: Set your weekly hours within 9 AM – 4 PM MST, Monday–Friday
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. based)
Compensation: Hourly, based on experience
