Our Independent Insurance Agency is looking for a team player that either has an Insurance License or is
willing to complete the study necessary to obtain the licensing needed to transact and service insurance
products.
If you don’t have a clue about insurance yet, don’t worry! We will pay you as you train as well as pay for
the expenses of obtaining a license as our commitment to you! We are looking for the Ideal candidate

Responsibilities:
Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining records and staying organized
Work with a computer system and company websites to perform work requirements
Respond to client’s questions and concerns over the telephone and during in-person office visits
Evaluate individual and business customer’s needs and presenting agency products that will
address those needs
Work with the entire team to provide excellent customer care
Constantly acquire additional job knowledge and stay informed about new products and
services available to our customers
Explain the features, the advantages and/or disadvantages of various policies in addressing
customer needs
Posting and taking customer payments along with making changes to customer records and
their policies, constantly working on exceeding customer expectations in everything we do.
