We are looking for a high energy, customer service oriented front desk agent that is eager to learn and grow within our company!
Provide efficient and accurate check in/out procedures.
Promote hotel services and facilities for up-selling opportunities
Maintain proper appearance.
Have current knowledge of all room types and posted rates
Follow company brand standards
Assist other departments, as necessary, and maintain good working relationships with hotel Team Members
Maintain the appearance of the lobby and Front Desk
Attend periodic trainings and front office staff meetings
Maintain excellent communications skills
Act as a point of reference for guests who need assistance or information
Understand guests needs and provide them with personalized solutions
Make reservations
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in a customer service
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
Excellent grooming standards
Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
Competent level of IT proficiency
The majority of time will be spent standing behind the front desk assisting guests.
