Insurance Account Manager I
We are looking for an energetic person to join our team in Nampa. This position is responsible for making a positive and professional impression on people who call and/or visit our insurance agency. Account Manager I serves as a key point of contact for our insurance customers, obtains information from policyholders, services customer requests, and responds to inquiries by routing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
Essential Insurance Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to all incoming calls and correspondences.
Build rapport with each customer.
Actively listen to customer’s request and inquiries.
Act as agency communication gatekeeper. Effectively manage communication traffic.
Manage and utilize time effectively to meet agency business and quality standards.
Handle basic billing inquiries.
Able to work independently and problem solve with an average amount of supervision.
Experience and Qualifications:
Appropriate State insurance license(s) preferred but not required to start.
1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
Excellent time management, organizational and verbal and written communication skills.
High degree of self-motivation and self-direction.
Job Type: Full-time / In-Person
Pay Scale: $38,000 - $50,000 (BOE)
