We are looking for someone to move in and assist with light housekeeping/yard work 15 hours per week.
Possibly some local driving, if applicant has valid DL.
Applicant MUST be able to pass background check.
Hours are very flexible. Duties can be rearranged or several accomplished on the same day, requiring as few as 3 days per week of work, with schedule set each week as needed.
This is a drama-free household with two mature adults. Would be looking to hire the same.
Furnished (but not decorated) bedroom provided. Decorative touches are your choice.
Housework will consist of assisting someone to do the normal house and yard work. Nothing too strenuous, but must be able to bend, twist, and light lifting (50lbs.)
Lovers of video games, MTG, football and nature are welcome but maturity, responsibility and kindness are required.
We are a 10-minute bike ride, drive to downtown, and the Greenbelt as well as Esther’s park; we are also on the bus route.
