Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Boise team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our business—making loans, collecting payments, and helping customers through every step of the lending process. Your goal is to drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the growth of our loan book through outstanding service and proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with the full title loan process—from application to funding
Collect and process payments, handle renewals, and monitor loan accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Conduct follow-ups with past-due accounts and work with customers to bring accounts current
Perform outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote loan services
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using company software
Ensure compliance with all state and company lending regulations
Represent the company in a professional and energetic manner at all times
Qualifications:
Previous experience in lending, financial services, retail sales, or collections preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers
Must have a valid driver's license
