We are looking for a Customer Service representative. We offer full and part time. A customer service representative or csr ,will act as a liaison. Provide product/service information , answer questions and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSR are generally excited to help customers. They are patient, empathetic and passionately communicative. They love to talk and understand the value of good communication skills. Customer service representatives can put themselves in customer shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem solving comes natural for customers service representatives. They are confident at trouble shooting and investigate , if they don’t have enough information to answer customer questions. The target is to ensure excellent service.
Responsibilities
Generates sales leads
Identity and assess customers needs
Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods and tools
Meet personal/ customer service sales teams targets and quotas.
Keep daily records of customer interactions.
Follow company proven methods of procedures of success.
Requirements
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Must be able to start ASAP
Must have reliable transportation.
