Too often collaborators lack the visibility they need, are mired in endless paperwork, and open themselves and their business to unnecessary risk.Who are we?Textura Payment Management is a payment management platform that increases visibility, automation, standardization, and collaboration to new levels.Textura Payment Management streamlines and automates the construction finance processes for billing, payment, and compliance management, including lien waiver management, with integrations to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications, analytics and reporting, and outstanding client services. The solution provides transparency into payments to the supply chain to head off project disruptions, delivers efficiencies to the invoice and payment processes which go straight to the bottom line, and supports compliance management to minimize risk. With everyone paid accurately and on time, project owners, general contractors, and their subcontractors can focus on high quality project delivery.The role:The Application Sales Representative will be selling Textura Payment Management Software to accounts that are 500M and below in revenue in North America (Southeast US). There is a preference that candidates live in the Eastern or Central time zone.Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers. Facilitate a smooth handoff with our Client Services team to ensure successful rollout.Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years field sales experience with focus on large strategic accounts including applications sales experience. Construction & Engineering Industry experience is preferred. Highly developed selling, customer relations and negotiation skills. Successful sales track record. Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle’s competitors. Interaction with C level players. Team player. Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills. Travel may be needed. May be eligible for equity. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
