A/V AnalystDescriptionPurpose of the positionThis team focuses on both audio visual and video production work including planning, creating, editing, output and distribution of media assets in support of digital products. This position includes experience as an audio engineer to record and edit high-quality audio products. This position includes experience in producing video products both in studio and in field, both pre and post production. The work involved in this role spans across the entire company and encompasses a wide variety of multimedia products. This position will also play an active role in field recording, mixing, and mastering audio for video productions.Core tasks and responsibilities
AV- Record and engineer scripted voiceover content with a variety of professional and amateur voice talent
AV- Post-production editing of audio content using Pro Tools software and encoding content to required audio formats
AV- Record and engineer live audio during video productions; Serve as boom operator
AV- Mixing and mastering audio content for videos and multimedia content
Video- Conducts field-based video production which involves interacting with clients and operating all portable video and audio equipment
Video- Reviews footage, makes editorial decisions, completes video transcoding, rough cuts, audio adjustment, color correction, and other tasks in support of final editing
Both- Provide best practices expertise related to recording methods, field production, equipment, and online presentation of audio & video content
Bothl- Maintain technical knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and keeping up with the trends of the audio production industry
Key relationships
Assist in training team members on how to operate audio and video equipment and software
May review work of audio & video production support staff
Exchanges complex information such as advising internal and/or external clients on area of expertise
Negotiates resources within team and may negotiate across teams to agree common objectives
Maintains effective relationships within own and related areas

Helps to ensure the quality of the tasks and advice provided by self and others
Demonstrates understanding of how own area integrates within the wider Line of Business, Geography, or Enabling Function
Solves problems by identifying and selecting solutions using acquired technical expertise
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years audio/visual & video production development experience, including experience developing digital products
Mac skills and software should include the entire Adobe CC suite, including Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photos
Experience of project management in a multi-disciplined and commercial environment
Basic HTML and web skills essential.
Thorough understanding of information architecture principles and practices
Knowledge of Microsoft and Google business applications preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), Educational Management Systems, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
Familiarity with SAFe Agile principles
