Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Industrial Store Customer Service Representative position. The Industrial Store Customer Service Representative is responsible for serving walk-in customers and phone-in customers.Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic wayAnswer telephone calls promptlyDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and useSell welding and safety products and services to customerProcess customer orders and accurately input customer order into the computerResearch products needed for customer special applicationsFollow up on customer orders not processed correctly and remedy situationKeep sales literature current and organizedPerform other tasks as assigned or necessary
