Job SummaryCollect, summarize, and enter fuel transactions on a daily basis, audit entries for accuracy, maintain fuel and tenant related files. Generate reports for airline, contract and tenant customers, as needed, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing mail, and other communication related to airline, contract fuel and tenant customers.Duties & Responsibilities
Daily collection, summary and entry of fuel transactions into various accounting software including spreadsheets and Corridor
Ensure accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings for line service business transactions
Compile data, compute fees and charges, and prepare invoices for billing purposes
Maintain reporting spreadsheets to provide inventory information to airline and contract customers
Report to, answer questions and provide explanations of trends to various airline and contract customers on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as required
Answer customer and billing questions; resolve accounting issues
Maintain airline and contract customer files
Administer and fulfill financial transactions per rental agreements with tenants
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Job Requirements
Experience:
Minimum two (2) years’ accounting experience
Minimum one (1) years’ customer service experience
Effective oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
Other Prerequisites
Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Ability to obtain Airport issued security badge
Valid Driver’s license
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Work is performed in an office environment with moderate noise level; frequently subject to inside environmental conditions, which provide protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. Requires sitting 6-8 hours a day.
