Job DescriptionAs a Lead Client Sales Executive your responsibilities will be to:
Leverage client and market relationships to grow new business sales pipeline and create demand within assigned territory
Work in collaboration with cross functional team members to drive white space growth in assigned territory.
Analyze market and competitive intelligence to develop sales strategies for highly competitive and complex client opportunities
Build and maintain strategic partnerships at all levels within the client organization
Consult with clients on Oracle Health solutions and services and clearly communicate strategy and vision
Develop and progress innovative sales proposals that address the specific needs of the client
Accurately forecast sales opportunities
Lead contract negotiations
Manage pipeline and forecast in order to consistently drive sales opportunities to closure against a sales quota
Preferred Qualifications Include:
6+ years of healthcare sales and/or consulting experience
High energy, self-starter mentality.
Cross functional team experience
Proven track record managing and securing complex sales opportunities.
Client management sales experience
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Displays strong client orientation skills.
Strategic analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong presentation skills.
Has superior communication skills to execute complex sales cycles and provide clarity to any problem resolution situation.
Cerner experience preferred but not required.
Ability to travel up to 50% time.
Bachelor-level academic degree

May be eligible for equity. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
