Mature, coachable early career sales professionals searching for a friendly and fast-paced teamwork environment will thrive in our Origins sales development program.The 15-month Origins sales development program will not only enhance your technology sales skills but introduce you to the power of our Xcelerator software portfolio. Located in our Rosemont, IL office, our greater sales support team will provide a 12-week enablement ranging from our go-to-market sales strategies to a hands-on software portfolio experience. Then sales associates will transfer to our eXplore LIVE Centers in either Chicago (MxD) or Detroit (LIFT). During this 12-month rotation, sales associates will learn more about our sales processes and solutions while participating in several LIVE customer experiences. Following the Origins program, sales associates will be assigned into several sales and sales support roles as they jumpstart their career in our large, supportive sales organization.Sales Associate Responsibilities:

Learn, comprehend, and communicate Siemens Xcelerator software portfolio

Understand and leverage our go-to-market sales strategies

Implement sales strategies and tactics in real sales opportunities

Efficiently qualify interest within various industries and solution domains

Develop successful meeting plans

Participate in enterprise account management strategies

Efficiently respond to customer needs and requirements

Leverage the extended sales organization to optimize sales engagement

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of sales related B2B experience in the technology industry

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, IT or business

Authorization to work in the US without the need for any sponsorship by the company

Ability to relocate to Chicago area for the Origins sales development program for 12 weeks

Ability to relocate to Chicago or Detroit as designated after the Origins sales development program for 12 months

Proficient in using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Proven sales methods and metrics

Demonstrated leadership skills in a technology/software sales process

Knowledge of engineering processes for product development and manufacturing

Knowledge in new technological advancements

Outstanding communication skills (Written/Verbal)

Appreciates collaborative, teamwork-based work style environment

Hard-working and self-motivated

Transform the EverydayThe total cash compensation range for this position is $101,700 to $120,000 with 10-20% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
