We are seeking an exceptionally dedicated Program Manager, Technology Development Transfer & Alignment within our Technology Development Engineering team in Boise, ID! Supporting transfer projects from TD to Manufacturing Fabs.

Driving processes around node-to-node and fab-to-fab alignment for TD programs into manufacturing.

Acting as TD Operations PM for future DRAM products into ID1 factory.

Communication & Teamwork:

Partners with PD, PI, Operations, Central Teams, HVM to define project success and develop effective plans to achieve success.

Participates in meetings to capture updates and address challenges related to TD's development of next DRAM nodes, ensuring alignment across DRAM nodes and plans for TD/HVM co-location.

Captures guidance from collaborators to constantly enhance business operations.

Provides training to team members for business process to allow smooth execution of projects.

Technical/Data Analysis:

Provides support to tackle sophisticated problems, address root causes and provide mitigation until solution can be implemented.

Understands process flow and process areas to call out misalignments between nodes and fabs.

Works with MAE (Manufacturing Alignment Engineering) to ensure network BKMs implemented in HVM are adopted in nodes being developed in TD where applicable.

Collaborates with SMAI and other teams to develop automated solutions and reports, improving efficiency and providing access to valuable insights on issues and progress.

Drives actions where needed to align n+1 node in TD to N node in HVM.

Assists with preparation, coordination, and documentation required by the transfer model to ensure a successful transfer of new parts to the receiving fab.

Partners with receiving Fab on alignment post transfer addressing Copy Exact Exceptions and Agreed Differences to have closure plan.

Owns/Drives activities around Co-Location of TD in HVM factories.

Project Management/Planning:

Leads projects to ensure results are completed within the required scope, schedule and budget.

Facilitates actions and provides a path or resources to address blocking issues or concerns and ensure accurate completion.

Coordinates and leads meetings and initiates follow-up actions.

Drives creation, execution of business process for node to node alignment.

Supports execution efforts for n+2 DRAM projects in TD.

Successful Candidates must have the following Qualifications:

Validated ability to lead without influence to both technical and manufacturing peers.

Understanding of the "Fab" process area and other operations teams.

Lead by example, demonstrating Micron values and leadership.

Strong partnering, negotiation and teamwork skills.

Data extraction, analysis, and reporting skills.

Education Requirements:

Required: B.S. degree in science or engineering, or equivalent experience.

4+ years in an engineering position with project management experience.

Preferred: Previous leadership experience.
