Job SummaryThe Quality Assurance Administrator will be responsible for administrative duties in support of the Chief Inspector and the Quality Assurance Department. Some of the responsibilities of this position will be to create, and organize and compile documents related to work orders and other Quality Assurance activities; create and manage Repair Station documentation, process maintenance tracking records, and ensure that all documentation is kept in line with regard to the maintenance schedule. This is a highly administrative based position with extensive data entry, document management, and interdepartmental communication duties. Duties & Responsibilities
General administrative support to the Chief Inspector and the Quality Assurance staff including copying, scanning/faxing, filing, and heavy data entry
Prepare reports as needed
Maintain internal databases and enter data into the ERP system as it relates to Quality Assurance activities
Organize and accurately maintain department documentation and files
Create and maintain Repair Station documentation as it relates to each work order
Compile documents as needed for maintenance schedules and other communications
Track aircraft maintenance schedules to ensure related documentation is filed accurately and appropriately
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ in an administrative assistant role
Aviation experience preferred
Excellent and accurate data entry skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
Ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and efficient
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Work is performed in an office environment frequently subject to inside environmental conditions, which provide protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes
Frequent sitting – often for extended periods of time
Constantly requires repetitive movement of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers
Constantly requires sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes which permits the employee to function in a general office environment to accomplish tasks including heavy data entry
Constantly requires clarity of speech and hearing, which permits the employee to communicate effectively
