Within SLCI, the Blood and Marrow Transplant (BMT) Program is a beacon of comprehensive care and cellular therapy for individuals battling leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, myelodysplastic disorders, and other blood cancers. Distinctively, Boise SLCI hosts Idaho's sole BMT and Hematologic Malignancies Program, ensuring patients access to the most cutting-edge therapies in their community.What you can expect from this role
Full-time (0.9 FTE), day shift
Schedule: 4 days x 9-hour shifts
No nights, weekends, or St. Luke’s observed holidays

TheBMT Primary RNprovides medical guidance and patient education while providing excellent care as an interprofessional team
Work closely with providers, navigators, pharmacists, patient financial advocates, and other disciplines
Primary responsibilities include patient education, care coordination, phone triage, and hands-on involvement in the newly established BMT Infusion Clinic, where stem cell transplant and CAR T patients are evaluated and managed
Committed to delivering excellence in patient care by collaborating closely with BMT providers, nurse navigators, pharmacists, patient financial advocates (PFAs), social workers, and other allied disciplines
Minimum qualifications for this role
Education: Nursing Degree
Experience: One (1) + years’ RN experience
Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice andCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Health & Safety Institute
Preferred: OCN certification, BMTCN certification, Oncology experience, and/or EPIC experience
