Our client, a leading organization in the Judicial Branch, is seeking a talented Project Manager to join their team in Boise, ID. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development, management, and coordination of the statewide Pivot to the Cloud program. Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day activities of the project teams, providing support for the Pivot to the Cloud projects' tasks and priorities.
Act as a key support staff for the Pivot to the Cloud projects, setting agendas, tracking progress, and ensuring follow-ups are completed.
Facilitate discussions between the Idaho Judicial Branch, counties, and suppliers to ensure clear communication of program expectations.
Maintain communication with all participants regarding timelines and deliverables.
Ensure that the program is focused on work that aligns with the approved Pivot to the Cloud strategic plan.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated professional project management experience (Required: 5 Years)
Project planning experience, including critical path development, resource allocation, and Work Breakdown Structure project plan development (Required: 5 Years)
Experience with program/project financial management and reporting (Required: 5 Years)
Proficiency in project management applications such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheets (Required: 5 Years)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Required: 5 Years)
Currently active agile, scrum, or project management certification (e.g., CSM, CSP, PMP, SAFe) is highly desired
Experience with ServiceNow Portfolio Management is a plus
