This includes the assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation of patient plan of care from admission to discharge.This is an onsite position – you will work from a location within the hospital campus.Schedule: 3 12’2, 1845-1915,S ign-on bonus is available!GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be licensed in the State of Idaho as a Registered Nurse as defined by the Idaho State Board of Nursing.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Minimum eight (8) years of experience in health condition management, which must include adult condition management.
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience.
