As a Concessions Runner at IC Arena, you'll provide friendly, timely delivery of food and beverages from the concession stand to guests.Duties/Responsibilities:Retrieve prepared food and beverage orders from concession countersPromptly and accurately deliver orders to guests in designated seating or service areasGreet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer serviceCommunicate clearly with concessions servers to ensure order accuracyAssist with restocking supplies at delivery stations as neededMaintain a clean, organized workspace and follow food safety standardsNavigate busy and crowded areas safely and efficientlyRepresent the venue in a friendly and professional manner at all timesPerform other job-related duties as assignedRequirements:Strong customer service and communication skillsFriendly, positive, and team-oriented attitudeAbility to follow instructions and adapt to a fast-paced environmentMust be available to work event schedule (mostly Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday nights)Physical Requirements:Must be able to stand and walk for long periods (4+ hours)Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs while navigating through crowdsSuccessful candidates exhibit the core values of Teamwork, Respect, Integrity and Passion while delivering our core purpose of serving and inspiring our communities by creating memorable experiences through integrity and teamwork.Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/protected veteransPI278058594 Apply
