Job ResponsibilitiesLead Guest Services team in providing legendary service to all patronsReview the needs for each event and prepare staffing plans, this includes coordinating with Boise Police Department, Emergency Medical Services and other ancillary groupsOversee scheduling of Guest Services Staff: preparing monthly staffing emails and managing the responses of the team to ensure adequate coverage for upcoming events. Manage inventory of event related equipment and essential tools: this includes radios, wristbands, stamps, ect.Function as Manager on Duty for all Arena events and be prepared to facilitate all emergency procedures and incident reports to appropriate individuals.Be prepared to act as Arena Representative for internal and external meetings if necessary.Become familiar with Americans with Disabilities (ADA) guidelines to ensure arena's adherence to the law.Work with Creative Team to ensure Idaho Central Arena Website is current and provides relevant and timely information to our guests.Attend weekly arena staff meetings to stay informed and engaged with arena team.Provide event and game day support to other members of the arena team as needed: this could include assisting with compiling suite pre-orders, preparing game day sheets, Will Call, helping with floor set up, putting up signs etcOther duties as assigned.At least 2 years of supervisory experience; preferably in a hospitality, retail, or customer service setting, preferentially Arena/Stadium ExperienceBachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experienceBeing able to successfully perform duties scheduled around planned events, including ones during nights and weekends, and occasional holidays.
