Sea Salt Bakery+Bakeshop is looking for a passionate, early-rising Baker to join our small but mighty team!
Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time, we’ve got a spot for you.
Hours: Roughly 5am–2pm (We're closed Mondays — enjoy that sweet day off!)
Pay: $15/hr + tips (usually $4+ extra per hour!)
Located: Star, ID
A bit about you:
You’ve got some bakery or kitchen experience.
You’re cool with early mornings (coffee is on us!).
You can lift 50 lbs and move like you mean it.
You’re dependable, clean, and take pride in your craft.
You love working with a team and bringing joy through pastries.
Standard Baker Duties:
Mixing, shaping, baking (you know the baking part)
Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Following and refining recipes
Occasionally helping with prep and packaging
Showing up on time with a good attitude
