Raibu Sushi Bar is seeking an Experienced Server with a passion for Japanese cuisine, sake, and wine to join our opening team in Boise. Responsibilities include:
-Delivering attentive, polished, and professional service to every guest
-Confidently guiding guests through our sushi, sake, and wine offerings (training provided)
-Collaborating with FOH and BOH teams to ensure flawless service flow
-Upholding the highest level of hospitality standards while keeping interactions approachable and genuine
-Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional section
What we’re looking for:
-Prior serving experience, preferably in sushi or fine dining.
-Knowledge (or strong interest in learning) about sake, wine, and Japanese dining culture
-A professional presence — poised, confident, and guest-focused
-Reliability, teamwork, and excitement to grow with a new concept
