Susina is seeking an experienced cook to join our team in the new year. We're a European-inspired, chef-run scratch kitchen looking for someone who can take over our hot line. Experience with scratch cooking and butchery is a plus.
Schedule: Tuesday noon–6pm (prep), Wednesday–Saturday noon–10pm
What we're looking for: A team player with a genuine interest in cuisine who can season to taste, temp and plate proteins confidently, communicate openly, stay level-headed under pressure, and accept feedback without ego.
We're a small, tight-knit kitchen—not a chaotic brewhouse. The chef will train you side-by-side on all our dishes as you learn the line. We spend 40+ hours a week together, so a good attitude and passion for the craft matter as much as your skills.
