JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Inspect rooms to MARRIOTT STANDARD by check-in time.
-Assist in the management of the housekeeping team.
-Lead by example, i.e attitude, work ethic, uniform, quality of work.
-A positive addition that is willing to meet new people and learn new things.
-Make beds, strip rooms, assist housekeepers.
-Print reports, read reports, communicate within the department and with other departments.
-Willing to work long hours.
-Creating ideas or methods then setting them in motion.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum of 1-year hotel experience.
-MOTIVATION, INTEGRITY, PRIDE, ENDURANCE.
-Open availability, flexibility (early mornings, weekends, holidays).
-Positive attitude with patience, must be able to communicate with anyone. (Guest/Employee/Peers alike)
-Common sense, time management skills.
-Ability to learn new information constantly.
