Are you an experienced line cook with solid knife skills and familiarity with brunch, cold and/or prep?

Cloud 9 Brewery in the North End of Boise is looking for additional team-members to fulfill the role of small scratch kitchen prep/line crew.
This is a great opportunity to grow with us and help reshape the culinary footprint of a longstanding brewery & restaurant.
Responsibilities include:
Following all food safety and sanitation procedures
Ability to read and follow recipes
Knife Skills; dice, filet, chop. Meat and vegetable prep skills and sautee, fryer and grill skills
Prep and Cold side experience and comfort level
Requirements:
Good personal hygiene and professional appearance
Good teamwork skills
Good Organizational Skills
Follows all company guidelines on safety
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Able to lift up to 50 lbs (hand-cut potato boxes are heavy!)

We have flexibility but are looking for someone to fit into our existing schedule. If needed, we can adjust some hours and make changes to the hours/days with the right fit. We have a part-time and a full-time position available. This could be a Part-time or Full-time Position
