Restaurant and Catering Staff – FOH/BOH Skills Preferred (Boise, ID)

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) restaurant operations. Flexibility is key—our events require staff who can jump in wherever needed. Prior catering experience is essential, as this role involves supporting events from setup to cleanup, ensuring seamless service and top-quality food presentation.

Responsibilities:

Assist with event setup, service, and breakdown

Provide excellent customer service in a professional, friendly manner

Help with food prep, plating, and presentation

Maintain cleanliness and organization in both FOH and BOH areas

Work collaboratively with a small team to execute successful events

Qualifications:

Basic restaurant skills (FOH & BOH) strongly preferred

Ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs during events

Reliable transportation and availability for flexible schedules (weekends and evenings often required)

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

This is a part time position and ideally we are looking for condidates who want to work on an as needed basis. However, the right indidvidual WITH THE RIGHT ATTITUDE would organically become a bigger part of our team. As manager, my slogan is "ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING".

We do events even outside of our own commercial kitchen area. We go into very nice homes and into elegant spaces and although we know each candidate may not have a perfect background; We are looking for individuals who can represent us with class, professionalism, and a groomed appearance.
