Ironwood Bar & Grill is currently seeking to hire part time bartenders and servers for weekend shifts. We are looking for people who are interested in working together with our small team to grow our business and have fun while doing so. Our team is tight knit and drama free so please be the same.
Previous bartending and serving experience is a must, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Unbridled enthusiasm and willingness to do menial tasks with blind faith and no questions asked are given top priority. obviously sarcasm and a good sense of humor is a prerequisite.
Pay is at a higher rate than the norm for the Treasure Valley and we all share the tips between FOH staff. We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule, a good attitude, and a willingness to contribute in a positive way to our bar program.
