Here at Community Connections, we have multiple programs with varying schedules. In each program, we work directly with Intellectually Disabled adults, promoting independence.
Some activities you may do for work in Supported Living: watch movies, go bowling, create a menu, shopping, attend community events, work on home skills and so much more!
Some activities you may do for work in Vocational Rehabilitation: support participants at their place of work; assist them in meeting deadlines, reiterate manager expectations, prompt participants thru tasks, record data, and help them work thru rough moments.
Supported Living Possible options:
60 hrs/wk; Sun/Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu 8am-8pm (female clients) Up to $4100/month average gross
60 hrs/wk; Sun/Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu 8am-8pm (male clients) Up to $4100/month average gross
60 hrs/wk; Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat 8am-8pm (male clients) Up to $4100/month average gross
60 hrs/wk; Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon/Tue 8am-8pm (male clients) Up to $4150/month average gross
Vocational Rehabilitation Possible options:
Approx. 20 hrs/wk Mon- Fri between the hours of 10am and 5pm
Approx. 20 hrs/wk Mon/Tue/Wed/Fri 9am-2pm
Short shifts, possibly multiple shifts a day
Pay DOE; full time and part time receive different benefits; ask today!
$4150/month is 60 hrs/wk (days) including both weekends, with extensive experience in the Supported living program

Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle
Current vehicle insurance
First Aid and CPR - we can have you take the class if this is expired or if you are not yet certified.
Assistance with Medications - if you are not certified, we will send you to class
Every staff is required to be available at least 1 weekend shift - Sat or Sun day or night
18+ years old
Vaccinations are a choice, not a requirement to work here
