We work with adults with Intellectual Disabilities who live in their own residences and need our support, guidance and mentoring companionship!
We are looking for someone to work with 2-3 gentlemen, in their residence and community. We are looking to open this residence sooner than later, but we need the staff first!
For work, you might do things such as:
Take them in the community to attend local activities and events.
Play Video games
Find recipes, plan meals, grocery shop, and help them cook meals.
Go on hikes
Encourage them to take care of their home and their self-care.
Play sports
Create a budget and follow it.
Watch movies
Maintain relationships with family members and friends.
Take them to appointments for support.
Model Socially acceptable behavior.
PROMOTE INDEPENDENCE
These guys LOVE to get out of the house! Visiting places such as the gym, game stores, parks, movie theatre, restaurants and more!
During the night, there may be a requirement of light cleaning/organizing, but the majority of your night allows you to relax, sleep, do schoolwork, doom-scroll Facebook etc. You will be required to stay in the home during the night.

48 hrs/wk; Sun/Mon/Tue/Wed OR Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat 8am-8pm $3166-3261/month average gross
60 hrs/wk; Sun/Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu OR Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat 8am-8pm $4001-4101/month average gross
Night shift with sleep time
36 hrs/wk; Sun/Mon/Tue OR Thu/Fri/Sat 8pm-8am $1801-1872/month average gross
48 hrs/wk; Sun/Mon/Tue/Wed OR Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat 8pm-8am $2436-2535/month average gross
