North End Wellness and Counseling, a thriving group practice, is hiring full-time positions in the Boise and Meridian areas. Current clinicians earn $75-$80 per billable hour for fully licensed clinicians. Our clinicians earn over $100,000 annually by working 25 or more hours per week. Non-fully licensed clinicians start out $45 per hour based on experience level with weekly supervision. Once fully licensed then the clinician earns $75-$80 per billable hour.
All clinicians can set their schedules as they like so they can take time off that works best for them. Employee Expectations:
Hold a current Idaho license in a counseling related field
Full-time or part-time employment to be defined further in the contract based on our agreement and mutual expectations. Prefer full-time but may be open to part-time in the right situation. The expectation is that modern methods of therapy modalities used at our center.
Perform general counseling duties, including seeing clients, controlling your own schedule, collecting the client's share of fees at the time of service, adequate documentation, and following ethical guidelines.
