We are looking to hire for an Orientation start date of Wed 10/2/24
CCI is in search of direct care staff to work with our clients who have Developmental Disabilities in their own homes, in the community and at their place of employment.
This job has a lot of variety to avoid boredom. Our participants are mostly high functioning, low behavioral, and live together in groups of 2 or 3. When working with them at their job, you will be one on one.
Some activities you may do for work during your 12 hour shift: watch movies, go bowling, create a menu, shopping, attend community events, work on home skills and so much more!

Part Time Days; Mon/Tue/Thu 9am-3pm Day Program @ $1189/month average
Part time to Full Time days; 2-5 days/wk; 12 hr shifts 8am-8pm @ $1539-4100/month average
Full Time; Awake NOC with 1 Female participant; 8pm-8am; Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon @ $3200-3300/month average
There is always a possibility of different shift being available; when you come in, just ask!

$4100/month is 60 hrs/wk with extensive experience

Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle
Current vehicle insurance
First Aid and CPR - we can have you take the class if this is expired or if you are not yet certified.
Assistance with Medications - if you are not certified, we will send you to class
Every staff is required to be available at least 1 weekend shift - Sat or Sun day or night
18+ years old
Vaccinations are a choice, not a requirement to work here
