Balmshot Lip Balm: Day and Evening Production Shift Needed
We are Balmshot Lip Balm, a locally owned and operated lip balm company out of Eagle, Idaho. We make lip balm inside 20 gauge shotgun shells. It’s an awesome product that people have come to love. We are currently growing and are looking for someone to operate some of our manufacturing machines during the day and in the evening (9-4 pm) and 4:30-9 pm preferabley. Starting pay is $16-17 an hour. All training is paid as well.
Most of our machines are custom-made, so we don’t expect you to have any prior experience. All we ask is that you are willing to learn and work hard. We’re a fun group and look forward to meeting you.

Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities
1. Duties may include: Loading and unloading items from machines. (Using A Step Stool)
2. Must be able to carry 50 lbs
3. To spot and sort out imperfections of products so products can be of high quality.
4. To have the ability/ stamina to stand 3 to 4 hours at a time.
5. To have the ability to work with both hands at a fast pace.
6. Attention to detail is a must.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
