Balmshot Lip Balm is a locally owned company based in Eagle, Idaho. We make one-of-a-kind lip balm packaged inside 20-gauge shotgun shells—an awesome product that people love! As we continue to grow, we’re looking for motivated team members to operate our manufacturing machines.
Shifts Available
Monday through Friday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Monday through Friday: 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Pay & Training
Starting at $16/hour
Paid training provided
No prior experience required—our machines are custom-built, and we’ll teach you everything you need to know
What We’re Looking For
We need dependable, hardworking individuals who are eager to learn and want to be part of a fun, supportive team.
Responsibilities
Load and unload items from machines (may require step stool)
Lift up to 50 lbs
Inspect and sort products to ensure quality
Stand for 3–4 hours at a time
Work with both hands at a steady, fast pace
Maintain strong attention to detail
